There are many visible and not-so-visible ceilings in our development: ceilings, which can seriously hinder you and what is dear to you. Sustineo’s sustainable personal leadership development program helps to intentionally embrace the challenge of “growing up”. We help individuals to grow in times of change; we help teams to grow to meet new challenges, and we help companies to provide both individual and team coaching to succeed in transitions.
Our program consists of 9 sections, which have two components: a (one-on-one) coaching appointment and preparatory work (both for us and for you). Personal development and growing up are indeed personal. This not only means it will be custom-made; this also implies there will be no clean separations between ‘work-life’ and ‘personal-life’, between how one performs in the company and how one lives at home.
We will be exploring you, your history, your stamina (physical, emotional, and mental) and your context to have a better understanding where you stand. From here we focus on your logic (what has worked and what has not worked in the past), your vision of where to go from here and why (your drive).
To work towards the vision we will design integrated new initiatives (with both big & small changes) including a plan of action, timeline, and specific goals and accountability. Most of the time we already have the resources we need to succeed; what we need most is to learn how to access these resources at the right time and place.
While working on your initiatives Sustineo will be your companion for additional input and coaching by phone, email and face-to-face as needed. Of course, one is never ready with “growing up” and that is why we conclude the program with a systematic evaluation of ‘the new you’ and next steps to take on your own and/or in your team.
